Roomijs is lekker, soya is gezond. Zelfgemaakt ijs is nog lekkerder, en veel gezonder! Dus proberen we nu: <!--more-->zelf soyaijs maken. En dat lukt wondergoed. Zelfde werkwijze als vanilleroomijs, maar dan met de lichtere varianten soyamelk en soyaroom. Volgende keer maak ik soya-mokka-ijs of voeg ik wat chocolade toe. Of een fruitvariant.
