Men neme: een groot wijnglas, 1\/3 gevuld met crushed ijs. Daar 90ml champagne of cava overgieten, en voorzichtig in deze volgorde 20ml cognac, 15ml qointreau en 7,5ml campari bijvoegen. Niet mengen zodat je een rode gloed in je glas krijgt.<br \/>\nNa de Pisco Sour is dit momenteel onze tweede &#8216;huiscocktail&#8217; die het diner Les Rouges voorafgaat, en dus een beetje in de sfeer van Valentijn.
