Het is getest, lekkerbevonden en wordt volgende weken in het woonkamerrestaurant aan gasten geserveerd.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Verrassend lekker was het gegrilde fruit. Van een banaan op de barbecue ben ik namelijk zelf geen voorstander, maar de gegrilde aardbeitjes als garnituur bij limoncellosorbet waren echt heerlijk. Het dessert was ook een voltreffer voor mijn publiek van vorige donderdag: gegrilde perziken op een bosvruchtencoulis met mascarponemousse.
