Dat moest verwerkt worden met een uitdagend recept: macarons! Gisteren de ganache gemaakt, vandaag eiwit stijfgeklopt met hete suikerstroop, kloppen kloppen kloppen, amandel en poedersuiker eronder, bolletjes spuiten, laten rusten, afbakken, voorzichtig vullen, koud bewaren. <!--more-->Schitterend gelukt, en het zijn er tegen de honderd. Dat er zoveel koekjes uit dat kleine kannetje eiwit geraken, het was een verrassing!
