Voeg de geraspte gember toe en laat enkele minuten trekken.<br \/>\nWas intussen de aardbeitjes, doe de kroontjes eruit en snij ze in fijne schijfjes. Schik ze op dessertborden. Druppel wat van de warme gemberhoning over de aardbeitjes (1-2 theelepels per bord), en laat een half uurtje trekken alvorens te serveren.<br \/>\nLekker in combinatie met vanilleijs, chocoladedesserts, <a href=\"https:\/\/tabledamuse.wordpress.com\/2016\/08\/11\/rabarbersorbet\/\">rabarbersorbet<\/a>, amandelbavarois, &#8230; of gewoon puur natuurlijk.<\/p>\n<p>Zet het potje weg in de koelkast voor een volgend gebruik.
