Giet daarover 90ml cava, daarna 20ml (15ml) cognac, 15ml (10ml) qointreau en als laatste heel voorzichtig middenin een scheutje van 10ml (5ml) campari. Dat laatste geeft een mooie rode gloed onderaan het glas. De hoeveelheden tussen haakjes geven een lichtere, fijnere cocktail, de &#8216;gewone&#8217; hoeveelheden een stevige versie. Aan jullie de keuze, en tussenin mikken kan ook, dat doe ik meestal.<\/p>\n<p>De smaak heeft een beetje weg van een Ap\u00e9rol, maar dan veel natuurlijker en verfijnder.
