Mijn tweede &#8216;lichting&#8217; tomaten staat namelijk in de oven te confijten. Enkele uren pellen, ontpitten, snijden, &#8230; daarna een uur of acht in de lauwe oven. (Het helpt dat we een muisstille oven hebben!).
